Cancellation Policy
For 60-minute appointments (all NEW patients), you must cancel two business days in advance of your appointment. For instance, if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel by Thursday of the prior week. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged the full cost of the visit.
As a new patient, if you NO SHOW or late cancel (in less time than 2 business days), you can be rescheduled if you wish. If you are a NO SHOW or late cancel again, you will not be rescheduled. This decision is at the discretion of Dr. Presant, however, and extenuating circumstances can be considered.
For 30-minute appointments, you must cancel 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the cost of the full visit.
