“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
Congrats on taking this step to improve your health!
What to expect in this course
Each class will begin with discussion on the scientific basis for our topic that week and research that demonstrates the relevance of the topic for personal health.
You are welcome to ask questions at any point in the class, and there will be a dedicated Q&A portion at the conclusion of each class.
After our discussion, we will get cooking! We will review skills and techniques pertinent to the recipes at hand as we cook together.
After we complete our recipe, we will eat and share our thoughts and make time for any questions that may arise.
Can’t wait to see you soon!
You’ve got this,
Erin
